What the procedure involves

The technique involves using a fine probe and inserting it along the wrinkle, just under the skin surface. This stimulates the circulation and encourages extra blood flow - taking oxygen to the cells, and nutrients and nourishment to the skin in that area - encouraging cell renewal and regeneration. During this period of cell formation, by the stimulation of the skin, the production of collagen fibres is encouraged.

When we are children, tonofibrils (which produce collagen) are active as we grow. However as we reach adulthood, these only become active when we are injured hence through injuring the skin with BioSkinJetting^®, we can “kick start” the tonofibrils.
 

What results should I expect?

The treatment is a natural treatment and, because no foreign substances are injected into the skin. The results depend entirely on the client - how healthy they are and the condition of the skin. Everyone is very different so the results are obviously going to vary with each person.

There are also a number of factors that with affect the result these include the depth of the wrinkle, health and lifestyle of the client and the age of the client.

Obviously 100% success can never be guaranteed (as with any treatment) but with BioSkinJetting^® we see approximately 80% success.

The length of time that the results last is variable according to the individual and their lifestyle, health etc. It is impossible to predict at the first consultation, how long the results will last. However research into BioSkinJetting^® has indicated that the results last anything between 3 months and 2 years.

Some indicators that may suggest the results did not last as long as expected can include smoking, sunbathing, illness, stress or just normal aging.
